Meal Plan - Day 1 - Monday

Lets start Day 1 as Monday, Its more than likely that you have slightly over indulged so lets cut calories without your body noticing to much.

I allow myself as much tea and or coffee as I want during the day and something that has helped is diet coke, it throws the body of track for a while.

If you decide to pick at foods..avoid anything that has over 3g of sugar in it per portion.

Beef Burgers with Roasted Vegetables

A tasty dish that will have around 600-700 calories per portion, fill your plate and enjoy


Prep Time 15 Minutes - Cook time 1 hours

Ingredients to feed 2 People

4 x Lidls Burgers
1 x courgette
1 x red pepper
8 x mushrooms
1 red oinion
10 cherry tomatoes
handful of jalepeno's
salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic salt & oregano

Cooking Directions

Turn the oven onto around 190 degrees and simply grab yourself a a casserole dish and chop the onions, courgette, red peppers and put them in to the dish followed by some jalapenos, mushrooms & cherry tomatoes. With the cherry tomatoes i slice the top of it so as the cooking happens the juice oozes out to give a lovely juice at the bottom. Over the top of the vegetables put some olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic salt & oregano put the lid on and give it a little shake and put into the oven for 60 minutes. Do not worry if it looks like there is way to much vegetables but believe me they will wilt.

20 Minutes before time cook the burgers in a frying pan and server with the vegetables when done.
